At Polymer Alliance Services, we have grinding mills which are ideal for achieving results with increased surface area, higher bulk density, better dispersion quality, with the power to break down large sheets and pre-process tough materials. Additionally, we are equipped to grind heat sensitive, elastic, and tough materials with equal ease. All of our locations have the full range of recycling equipment.

Our grinders range from 15 Hp to 150 Hp, and can handle molder scrap of spurs and runners up to very large molded parts, and also small to medium size purges.

We offer grinding operations for a variety of applications ranging from pre-crushing to micro fine grinding with almost dust free operation.

We have expertise in grinding:

Large blow molded parts

Extruded profiles
Post industrial scrap would include Strands, Purges,Lumps etc.
